I thought about replacing Google Analytics with Matomo, but I came to the same conclusion that it didn’t provide anything I need in order to run Feedbin. Better to not collect that data at all.
Been there, done that. Vanity metrics can be a strong motivator, respect can be another. Do you really use your analytics? Because others actually do. And by others I mean the ones’ computers you store (y)our data on.
Privacy by default (cache), please.
