<p>C’est <a href="/david/talks/">vrai</a>. Et c’est intentionnel.</p>
<p>Quel que soit le format, j’ai fini par remarquer (il m’a fallu une dizaine d’années tout de même…) que ces évènements favorisent l’entre-soi et donnent une ascendance aux organisateur·ices et participant·es actif·ves. Ce statut est malsain car il permet des comportements déplacés de la part des personnes ayant davantage de pouvoir, d’autant plus lorsqu’une foule est réunie.</p>
<p>Rien de nouveau sous le soleil mais ça n’est pas une raison pour le cautionner avec ma propre participation qui vient renforcer un bon paquet de biais.</p>

<p>Tout cela étant dit, je suis <a href="/david/2021/01/26/" title="Conférences">toujours</a> motivé pour accompagner des personnes qui seraient <a href="https://gomakethings.com/actively-excluded/">activement exclues</a> (<a href="/david/cache/2021/09449904abd3fdbb0663fc8b76325d87/">cache</a>) de ces lieux si elles souhaitent participer, prendre confiance en elles et en connaître les codes. Pas en mode sauveur, peut-être en mode allié, certainement à distance.</p>
