Je suis en train de préparer une [formation/accompagnement](/david/pro/accompagnement/) sur la qualité et j’essaye d’[adapter le LEAN canvas](/david/stream/2015/03/26/) à ce cas. Stéphane me rappelle à juste titre qu’il faut adapter une fois que l’on a pu tester les limites d’un outil, pas avant.
