Différents pays, différentes cultures, différentes stratégies. Je trouve ça fascinant à étudier, essayer de comprendre pourquoi est-ce que ça fonctionne ou échoue, ici et là. Est-ce que les personnes qui ont du pouvoir auront ce recul en d’autres temps ?
