    <p>Pour les êtres sociaux que nous sommes, comportements et apparences sont langage.</p>

<p>Ils le sont vis-à-vis de nous-mêmes (« <em>tu peux te dire à toi même qui tu assumes vouloir être/devenir</em>« ), mais aussi vis-à-vis des autres.</p>

<p><strong>Lectrice, lecteur, si tu revendiques être ton propre langage, ce langage ne sera que de moins en moins compris par d’autres, faute de terminologie commune. </strong>Plus tu « <em>te dis</em>« , plus la langue que tu utilises est singulière, intime, mystérieuse, difficile à comprendre, et moins ses interlocuteurs sont nombreux. Se singulariser, c’est également s’isoler.</p>

<p>Je te souhaite cette affirmation de toi, si nécessaire et vitale. Je te souhaite simultanément d’arriver à la concilier avec un rapport aux autres qui n’exclut la compréhension de personne. Je te souhaite les deux, parce que c’est un chemin difficile, essentiel et nécessaire sur lequel tu t’engages.</p>

<p>Puisque <em>se dire à soi-même qui on souhaite être</em> est potentiellement antagoniste avec la <em>reconnaissance par autrui de qui on est</em>, seule la recherche d’équilibre dynamique entre les deux ouvre un chemin de paix. Un déséquilibre est tragique. Osciller de l’un à l’autre est encore pire.</p>

<p>Pour concilier cet antagonisme, il me semble que <strong>la seule affirmation de soi possible, c’est celle qui ouvre à autrui avec une détermination farouche</strong>. Cette ouverture n’a rien de naturel: elle se conquiert sur le territoire déjà occupé par le soi illégitime qu’est l’ego. Plus l’ego résiste et revient à la charge, plus la conquête est ardue. <strong>C’est pour cela que cette démarche n’est ni un « lâcher-prise »</strong> (auquel nous incitent simultanément notre paresse et un monde complexe), <strong>ni un « engagement combattant qui mobiliserait toutes nos forces »</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Il faut simultanément lâcher prise sur l’ego et combattre avec le reste.</strong></p>

<p>Ce qui importe, c’est donc de discerner l’ego du reste. De distinguer les forces qui nous animent, leurs conséquences sur autrui, sur le monde et sur nous-mêmes. Ce qui importe, c’est de choisir en nous celles qu’on souhaite voir prévaloir, de ne pactiser avec aucune autre. De faire le nécessaire pour les inscrire de petite victoire en petite victoire. À travers ces dernières, contempler la beauté, renouveler la motivation. Se saisir de chaque conséquence comme d’une opportunité de remise en question. Questionner, ajuster. Faire preuve vis-à-vis de soi d’une bienveillance totale, simultanément ne rien se masquer, renouveler le discernement.</p>

<p><strong>Arriver à s’aimer malgré, puis dans, puis <em>grâce à</em> une pleine lumière qui ne laisse rien  passer. Se savoir insuffisant. Ainsi, échapper à la suffisance. En rire avec le sérieux d’un enfant. Ne pas se satisfaire de ce rire, parce que nous ne sommes plus des enfants.</strong></p>
