  465. <p>Avant, Vincent était développeur informaticien à Montpellier. Il travaillait dans un bureau avec tout le confort matériel. Indépendant, il avait des clients réguliers et gagnait bien sa vie mais cette forme de travail individuel et routinier ne lui convenait plus.</p>

  466. <p>Aujourd’hui, Vincent a monté une SCOP avec deux autres développeurs. L’objectif est de mutualiser les coûts, de lisser les entrées d’argent et de pérénniser leurs emplois. Ils n’ont plus de patron, les décisions se prennent collectivement. Quand l’un d’eux est devenu papa et a eu besoin de plus d’argent pour vivre, ils ont décidé d’un commun accord, que lui gagnerait plus, sans travailler plus. Après s’être affranchi de la subordination d’un patron, Vincent a quitté son bureau et son appartement. En europe ou en amérique du nord, il loue des chambres à des particuliers et ne reste jamais plus de deux semaines au même endroit. Il crée ses propres open-space dans des lieux communs.</p>

  467. <p>Vincent est paisible, sa nouvelle forme de travail lui permet d’envisager l’avenir plus sereinement et de se déplacer librement au gré des projets et de ses envies. Il se considère stable dans le mouvement.</p>
