  463.     <p><span>Parmi les partisans et les détracteurs, le Développement Logiciel Agile a la réputation d'être anti-commandement &amp; contrôle ; <strong>Le Manifeste Agile</strong> encourage (exige même) des organisations moins pyramidales qui décentralisent la prise de décision au profit de l'autonomisation des individus. Cependant, les quatre valeurs et onze des douze principes Agile ne s'adressent pas du tout à la globalité de l'organisation. Cette réputation est probablement davantage liée aux préférences des fondateurs de l'Agilité et aux adopteurs précoces qu'à quelque chose qui serait dans le texte. Le seul conseil donnée à la globalité de l'organisation se trouve dans le principe restant. Le 12ème principe :</span><span><br/>

La croyance erronée que ces environnements émergeraient naturellement en déployant l'Agilité a entraîné la dégradation du 12ème principe alors que l'Agilité s'étendaient bien au-delà des idéaux de ses fondateurs ; sa rareté est un élément clé dans les revendications croissantes sur le fait que l'Agilité a perdu de son utilité.
